We take no short cuts. Our outdoor BBQ pit, “Eve” burns many hours a day, fueled by native California Oak wood and a Whole Lotta Love!
We begin with the best all-natural meats and poultry, seasoned with a perfect blend of time, spices and smoke. We keep our menu simple, no frills, just delicious food using fresh ingredients made daily!
The owners wanted to create a unique California style BBQ within a Fast -Casual setting. So, they went on a quest to visit some of the country’s best BBQ restaurants, They brought back the idea of combining traditional BBQ smoking with a reverse sear over hot oak coals for their Tri-Tip. The sauces, salads and sides are created using California farm fresh ingredients whenever possible.
They serve California wine & craft beer.
